size surge book

A ten-week program laid out in a 29 page booklet that costs $9.95 plus s/h. Now, as you see to the left, there is a newer "Hardgainer" version of this program.

While researching the Internet, I read a comment that intrigued me. This guy said, “To say that Size Surge works is an understatement!” I gave this ten week program a try in October 2000 and I have never been the same! I gained a lean 15 lbs of mass. Halfway through this program everyone at work was asking me if I'm doing steroids. There is a sequel that I also recommend, although it did not nearly have the effect that the first book had on me.

Prime by Bob Paris – "For the man who wasn’t born yesterday." Paris talks from his own personal struggle leaving his youth. This is more of a well-being fitness book rather than a bodybuilding book. Gotta love Bob Paris!
Muscle Meals
Muscle Meals - A great cookbook by John Romano, although you must ignore or modify his use of soy power. Most bodybuilders know to. . . AVOID SOY! Also see Myths/Truths of Soy.
